What I do here
I built this site and I maintain it. That means pulling the DVSA’s published statistics apart, checking every booking rule against GOV.UK before it goes on a page, and dating the check so you can see how fresh it is.
The pass rates behind the 289 test centre pages come from DVSA table DRT122A, which is published as a spreadsheet nobody sensible would try to read by hand. I parse it, drop the centres too small to say anything honest about, and work out each centre’s position against the 50% national average.
What I am not
I am not a driving instructor, an examiner, or connected to the DVSA in any way. Nothing on this site is advice on how to drive or how to pass. What I can tell you is what the official data says and what the booking rules actually are, with a link to the source every time so you can check me.
My background is search and data: 25 years of it, mostly for businesses trying to be found. That is the skill this site needs, since the problem here is a government spreadsheet and a set of rules that changed in 2025 and are still described wrongly across most of the web.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, I want to know and I will fix it in place. The method, including how I decide what counts as a source, is on how we check our facts.
